I had to go into Boston today for some appointments at Joslin. It's the worlds best hospital for diabetes care and so I've been going there for my diabetes care pretty much since I moved back east. They are great there!!
Anyway, I had to go into Boston the same time as the Red Sox home opener. Yeah, not a good idea.
Anyway, I didn't have too much trouble getting in with a bit of patience. But since it was such a WONDERFUL day out today I didn't seem to mind so much. The sun was out. it wasn't cold. It was just great.
Of course they are forecasting rain for the weekend, but that's ok since the Masters is going to be on. It's nice to see some of this snow leaving and the thoughts of sitting outside in the evening and hanging out are soon to be back.
